Job OverviewWe are looking for a HR Manager to manage all HR issues in the company. HR Manager Responsibilities include supervising heads and officers; achieve company policies and designing employees’ compensation and benefits plans.
To be successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge of local labor regulations and experience with Human Resources Management Software.
Ultimately, you will ensure we build and maintain a strong local and regional employer brand.
Responsibilities and Duties
Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and supervises the overall activities of the human Resources Department;
Prepares sound administrative manuals and procedures; monitors the recruitment, selection, placement promotion etc. of staff;
conducts salary and wages survey to determine the competitiveness of existing pay scheme;
Ensures that labor laws and regulations are properly implemented
Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues.
Coordinate with HR-team to craft organization-wide strategies and objectives.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
BS/MA degree in Human Resource, Management
Experience
More than 5 years of relevant work experience of which at least 3 years should be in HR Manager position (working in horticulture sector is advantageous)
Competencies
People oriented and results driven
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and company policies
Excellent written and spoken English language skills are a must
Good computer skills are a must (Microsoft Office & Outlook)
