Job DescriptionMain Purpose of Job Responsible for the Functional and Integration support and development tasks of the SAP modules in the ERP Centre of Excellence Function.
To assist in SAP Call Management for the Technical stream as well as development on projects.
To ensure that calls logged on the SAP Support Portal are managed and closed out.
To assist with the Integration development and support of the system between all downstream applications.
To support the SAP Robotics processes.
To support the integration between Success Factors, SAP S4, Concur, Blackline, Oanda and downstream systems.

Management of Calls
Attending Open Calls meetings
Interacting with Clients through meetings,
calls and emails
Ensuring all calls logged to SAP are managed and understood for escalations
Attend weekly Incident call meetings with SAP
Resolution of User queries / Client Service

Review Daily internal Dashboard and email queue
Trouble Shoot User queries
Consulting with other SAP Consultants in ATS team
Analysing User queries
Solving user queries
Handle calls and close within SLA
Interacting with consultants of other modules
Using external sources to assist in query resolution – using Google for Example and SAP Help
Management of all user queries for Finance module/ Concur
Performing Testing
Conduct User Acceptance Testing
Performing User Acceptance testing
Resolving UAT queries
Performing adhoc detailed testing
Integration testing
Preparing test data for team
Preparing Test Scripts
Conducting Integration testing with other Modules
Assist in developing Automated test Scripts
Technic Admin management
Performing Adhoc data and process audits
Reviewing processes to ensure efficiencies
Review all batch job error logs and action
Manages all Batch jobs within the specific SAP Module to ensure successful
Managing all Integration Batch jobs and schedules
Review Error logs on SAP Cloud Platform and Integration Services
Manage background jobs and the distribution of business tasks across users (if available).
Manage and monitor connections to Customer’s third-party systems (if available), Integration Architect
Ensure that all systems are working correctly and that there is no downtime on Deloitte specific areas
Resolve Problems logged on Integration
Develop new iFlows and customisations
RPA development on SAP BTP
Data Quality and Governance Facilitation
Conducting Monthly checks on all aspects of data for Integration
Review of Error logs and recommendations
Notification of issues to Technical Manager
Management of Test Scripts
Ensure Test Scripts are managed for each Process Area
Management of SAP Transports and system administration activities
JAM site and SAP Support Portal
Management of Release Approvals and new Change Projects
New Release Management and review (business )
SAP S/4 HANA API development
ESB Hub support and downstream systems
To contact or access the Customer Interaction centre and is responsible for managing all business-related tasks of the Cloud Service related to Customer’s business

Workflow Development
New invoices, development work in SAP S4
Development of additional functionality requested by business and deliver on the SAP S4 platform
Perform Development tasks for the SAP Platform
Development work for Integration, which is the integration between
SF and S4, Concur and SF,
Concur and S4, S4 and SAP BW, SF to all downstream systems, S4 to all downstream systems – These downstream applications are other Deloitte applications like Deloitte Impact, eKPC, Phoenix
Development work for Forms etc. and management of Integration layer
Develop Business Customisations
Develop simple Enhancements like addition of extra fields – use of BADI’s
Work on System to develop custom integration code
Develop programs and logic in the technical cloud platform
Business Interaction and Requirements Collaborations
Interaction with the respective Business process owners – Senior Manager level with Business to discuss requirements and any additional mode technical questions
Discuss with other ATS Consultants and Technical teams – NCIS, and CAD developers & PMO to work on a deliverable.
Knowledge sharing to other team members and delegate more admin intensive tasks to other team members
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Previous SAP experience, Degree (3 years) or National Diploma in IT related course, working as a Business User Knowledge of Development Languages and Integration
Desired Qualifications
The stated minimum qualifications plus an understanding of the SAP IT environment
Minimum Experience
At least five years IT experience and 2 years Functional knowledge in at least 1 key module of SAP ERP such as Finance, Procurement or Engagement Management and knowledge in the specific Process Area
Desired Experience
At least five years IT experience, 3 years working knowledge of the business

Experience in drafting of professional presentations and reports for review
Proficient in MS Office suite
Basic financial knowledge and understanding
Ability to understand Technical Design Specifications
Working knowledge of Deloitte implementation of SAP modules and test scripts.
Development experience in .Net, SQL, iFlows, SAP Cloud Platform, Java script, Postman, SAP Cloud BTP (Business Technology Platform)
