Job Description

This position supports the Engagement Manager in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project.

• Shapes the Strategy - Ability to help shape a client’s strategy by providing insights to help them create an advantaged position in the market

• Strategic Impact - Supports the Senior Manager on delivery of designated engagement / project, managing the implementation of the agreed deliverables

M&A Specialized / Technical Capabilities

• M&A Lifecycle Acumen - Ability to build expertise in several phases of the M&A lifecycle to enhance client recommendations

• M&A Functional Focus - Ability to build experience in one or more functional work streams and understanding of dependencies with other functional work streams

• Financial Modelling - Ability to build robust financial models, connects data with insights and uses insights to guide decision-making

Qualifications

• Degree/Post Graduate Qualification in
Finance/Economics/Engineering/Accounting etc.

• CA(SA)

• MBA

Preferred

• 4 years working experience, 3 years in a client-facing role
