Job Description - Deloitte Front Office Intern Jobs in Nairobi - Kenya
Main purpose of the jobWe currently have an exciting internship opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our Internal Client Services Department - Administration as a Front Office Intern. This position will be based in our Nairobi office in Kenya.
The incumbent will provide effective support to the Administration team while ensuring timely delivery of work in the allocated area.
What you will do Ensure the reception area is well managed aligned with the departmental service level agreement;
Receive clients and visitors and notify relevant department/staff member in a timely manner;
Effectively handle client queries at the reception and channel them to the relevant department/staff;
Keep an updated register of all letters, cheques and parcels received through the reception;
Handle the switchboard professionally;
Dispatch parcels in a timely manner through courier;
Manage the newspapers and newspaper subscription for all eligible staff;
Operate the franking machine and ensure timely franking of letters;
Manage the administration emails and alert the business on any email that requires their attention; and
Effectively and efficiently manage travel/ticketing.
Qualifications - Deloitte Front Office Intern Jobs in Nairobi - Kenya
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
A Diploma in Front Office management is an added advantage.
Good analytical and organization skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be a Kenyan citizen or eligible to work in Kenya.
