Job Description

  • Organizing Townhall events for our Risk Advisory colleagues, including program, location, speakers and promoting the event

  • Organizing offsite events for our Leadership and Partner teams, as well as summer and Christmas parties.

  • Creating internal communication content, including weekly newsletters, podcast, radio shows and strategic updates.

  • Preparing presentations to support the tracking of our strategic priorities.

  • Supporting agenda planning and preparation of material for executive, leadership team and partner meetings .

  • Sharing your innovative ideas to increase engagement, and identifying new communication channels to better inform and inspire our people.

    Qualifications

  • A master’s degree in communication, marketing, or business and/or relevant experience in an (internal) communication role;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Effective project management skills, comfortable working on a variety of projects across different timelines;

  • Fluent/native English is a must;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;

  • Experience with event management is not required but would be an asset;

  • Above all you are flexible, proactive, and independent, with a keen eye for detail.
