Job Description

Working with solution architect to establish new patterns, standards, processes and procedures for client’s solution and data community.

Providing technical leadership to teams that specialize in data integration and data warehousing concepts to extract data from disparate sources and transform it as per business requirement and load the required tables that can be consumed downstream.

Effectively communicating solution to both business and technical teams.

Understanding technical landscape that the solution resides in.

Delivery Leadership:

Providing technical leadership to developers and analysts for various workloads

Delivery team management and oversight

Define high level solution design options based on client requirements

Creation of design standards and patterns reusable in a client’s solution

Experience in rapid prototyping of potential solutions for design trade-discussions

Mentoring and training of Junior members of the team

Completing code reviews of team members

Accurate breakdown and estimations of tasks for solution

Engage with range of technical and non-technical stakeholders on a project to convey progress, solution, issues and risks of workload.

Constant learning and keeping up to date with current technology and data standards

Ability to successfully manage complexity and make sense of conflicting information around a client’s requirements

[Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Engineering or related Degree

Post Grad Degree in Data Science Engineering or related Degree,

6 Years of working experience

8 Years in a client facing role
