Deloitte Consulting is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Strategy Leader with a growth focused background that could include corporate strategy, digital strategy, strategic cost transformation or business design to support existing and develop new clients for the Strategy practice. The professional required will need to exhibit strong entrepreneurial traits, as well as an understanding of the shifts and trends in the way company's create value.
The ideal person will thrive working in an integrated, inter-disciplinary team made up of tax, legal, corporate finance, consulting, etc., skill sets across the broader Deloitte business. This leader will also need the gravitas and track record to be trusted in the market whilst also having the commercial savvy to negotiate alternate fee arrangements as and when required.
QualificationsRequiredCompleted university graduate degree
10-15 years of top-tier management consulting or other professional services experience and roles, including functional practice management and strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
Over five years of business development experience and a track record working at senior level is critical, ideally focused on growth strategy solutions-based practice growth.
Preferred
An advanced degree in Business is preferred but not essential
