Main Purpose of Job

  • To support Engagement Manager in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project.

  • Supports the Engagement Manager in delivery of engagement / project, in specific area of competency

  • Raises issues with manager as identified in area of focus that may affect the quality of delivery or timelines of the engagement

  • Produce the Performance Test Plan

  • Assist in the design and implementation of policies, procedures and reporting to effectively identify and resolve operational issues while ensuring best practice and consistency across products

  • Engage with Portfolio and Product Management to develop performance solutions.

  • Liaise with different Stakeholders on various operational challenges that impact performance

    Technical Competencies

  • Mobile API GUI, Web and Desktop Application core experience

  • Familiar in Waterfall, V-Model, Agile and understand their frameworks

  • Develop non-functional test script suite

  • Log all defects and track through retest to closure

  • Maintain non-functional script repository

  • Execute non-functional tests, capture and analyse results

  • Compile, maintain and distribute various recurring and ad-hoc performance reports.

  • Ensure portfolio performance integrity by using and overseeing proprietary performance reporting, attribution, and contribution tools as well as review and analyse performance results and communicate findings.

  • Collaborate on performance attribution methodologies and results.

  • Collaborate with IT (internal and external) to develop, test, and integrate technology solutions to enhance our performance reporting and analysis tools (automation).
