Main Purpose of JobTo support Engagement Manager in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project.

Supports the Engagement Manager in delivery of engagement / project, in specific area of competency
Raises issues with manager as identified in area of focus that may affect the quality of delivery or timelines of the engagement
Identifies opportunities for follow-on work and works with management to win the business
Assists in development of client presentations / discussion documentation
Actively builds business relationships that generate leads
Gathers information to understand broader offerings of Deloitte and seeks opportunities for cross-selling
Raises solutions to address issues in area of expertise that may enhance / renew service offerings to client

Communicates regularly with both Engagement Manager and client to meet deliverable expectations in specific area of expertise
Develops productive working relationships with client staff

Proactively identifies client needs and problems on technical issues that arise and propose resolutions to address these
Manages risk in area of engagement in alignment with Deloitte policies
Consistently reviews and analyses accuracy and quality of own deliverables
Maintains clear communication channels with engagement team members on work status

Shares expertise and knowledge with team members and assists where possible to ensure quality and timeous delivery of work

Strong analytical, technical and troubleshooting skills

Work with Technical Architecture, Infrastructure and Tools teams to evaluate, select, setup & manage appropriate tool suite
Produce the Performance Test Plan
Define approach and methodology for all non-functional testing
Assist in other performance engineering activities as needed
Provide support to Product Management
Assist in the design and implementation of policies, procedures and reporting to effectively identify and resolve operational issues while ensuring best practice and consistency across products
Engage with Portfolio and Product Management to develop performance solutions.
Liaise with different Stakeholders on various operational challenges that impact performance
Technical Competencies
Mobile API GUI, Web and Desktop Application core experience
Familiar in Waterfall, V-Model, Agile and understand their frameworks
Develop non-functional test script suite
Log all defects and track through retest to closure
Maintain non-functional script repository
Execute non-functional tests, capture and analyse results
Compile, maintain and distribute various recurring and ad-hoc performance reports.
Ensure portfolio performance integrity by using and overseeing proprietary performance reporting, attribution, and contribution tools as well as review and analyse performance results and communicate findings.
Collaborate on performance attribution methodologies and results.
Collaborate with IT (internal and external) to develop, test, and integrate technology solutions to enhance our performance reporting and analysis tools (automation).
