Job Description

Key role is to support Audit to deliver the strategic Global and Audit Transformation goals. Key component of this role is to work effectively as part of a team and to ensure the successful performance of your team, focusing on accurate and timeous delivery in the audit. Act as a Supervisor of a small team of trainees and to support the Manager or Senior Manager to deliver on an audit.

Qualifications

Qualified CA (SA)

Post trainee audit experience of at least one years.

Post trainee audit experience of at least two years.

Technical Competencies

Expert in field with excellent industry and business knowledge

Knowledge of accounting, auditing and regulatory professional standards

Demonstrated leadership skills

Ability to interpret, communicate and implement strategy

Demonstrated execution of complex projects within timeframes and cost

Experienced in development and delivery of professional presentations

Excellent report writing skills

Solid financial knowledge

Behavioural

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills

Good mentorship and coaching ability with desire to develop self and others

Strong client delivery focus
