Main Purpose of Job:

To support the Leadership Team in the delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project. There will be a strong focus on developing and providing IFRS17 based solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Fellow Member of the Actuarial Society of South Africa or equivalent – Manager / Senior Manager

Associate Member of the Actuarial Society of South Africa or equivalent – Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager

Minimum Experience

Minimum 3 years working experience

Significant experience in General Insurance

Experience in IFRS17 will be advantageous

Strong analytical and modelling capabilities

Pricing experience/knowledge will be an advantage

At least 3+ years of General Insurance including capital modelling and management, reserving and reinsurance is ideal

Specific experience of IFRS17, SAM (Solvency II) & General Insurance risk management will count strongly
