Qualifications

Must have a KCSE/KCE with a mean grade of C- (Minus) or equivalent.

He/she must be holder of Diploma in Secretarial Studies from KNEC or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution OR

Must be holder of Higher National Diploma in Secretarial

Typing III, (50 WpM), Shorthand III, (100WpM), Business English II, Secretarial Duties II, Office Practice II, Commerce II, good Communication skills and must have Computer applications skills.

He/she should have at least seven (7) years of experience or must have served in the previous grade for 3 years.

Must have computer application skills.

How to Apply

Open the Dedan Kimathi University of Technology website, go to the HR Recruitment portal and fill your details as guided; and

Send one (1) hard copy of the application letter, accompanied by detailed curriculum vitae (signed on all pages), copies of certified academic and professional certificates, National ID card, current payslip (if any) and other relevant testimonials.

They should also give their mobile numbers, email address and names of three (3) referees who should send their recommendation letters directly in sealed envelopes.Apply by 29th January, 2019
