Job Brief We are looking for energetic and innovate individuals to be employed as Account Developers for our Client Company Coca Cola Beverages Zambia Limited (CCBZ). The role will involve among other duties the implementation of business strategies within an allocated customer base in order to achieve increased customer profitability through the provision of exceptional service.
Key Job Outputs and Accountabilities
To identify and implement new business opportunities so that the customer base and profits can continuously grow
To formulate account plans so that future business opportunities can be planned and implemented effectively
To manage and maintain assets so that losses are minimized and optimal returns on investments are achieved
To execute outlets according to organization strategies so that sales volumes may be increased and product awareness is enhanced
To execute surveys so that the organization is constantly aware of current market trends and to enable a competitive advantage
Job Judgement & Decision Making Requirements
Determine optimal on premise customer experiential activities
Advise and support regional execution of on premise look of success and activation plans
Support look of success implementation
Customer Service Strategy execution
Requirements
Experience and Requirements
Working Experience in a Sales and Marketing work environment
Experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) an added advantage
Driving License an added advantage
Clean Criminal Record
Competencies and other Requirements
Ability to speak, read and write in English
Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better.
Diploma in marketing or related field
Computer literate
