Job Description
  • Datacentrix is seeking a Project Manager with 7-10 years of proven Project Management experience within a Digital Solutions environment. He/She will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of projects, ensure adherence to the defined governance processes, ensure project deadlines are met, assign responsibilities and monitor & summarize progress of project(s) assigned.

    Requirements:
  • Matric or Grade 12
  • Bachelors-degree or suitable Business Analysis Qualification – preferred.
  • PMP, PMBOK or Prince2 certification.
  • 7-10 years experience in IT projects.
  • Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammaticallycorrect,
    effective, professional and engaging.
  • Promotes active listening with team members.
  • Contributes appropriately to strategic conversations.
  • Understanding of Information Technologies.

    Overall Responsibilities:
  • To perform be able to perform as a Professional Service consultant in both roles as required by the workload at any given time.
  • To drive thought leadership in Business Analysis and guide others accordingly.
  • To facilitate the Project Office process executed by a
    junior resource.
  • Define project scope, goals, plan and deliverables that support business goals in
  • Collaboration with Programme Manager and stakeholders.
  • Identify client organization's business strategy, requirements and opportunities.
  • Analyze and Document required business or function; requirements containingprocess,
    information and data.
  • Define test conditions, develop accurate and test plans with clearly defined
    acceptance criteria as well as facilitate and or Conduct testing.
  • Coordinate in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules and adhere to projectstandards.
