Roles and Responsibilities

  • The role is expected to aid effective record keeping and maintenance of data that supports effective running of the company.
  • Master data maintenance in DMS. This includes;
  • Provide support to all VSMs and act as the point-of-contact between the Distributor and DMS Support Desk.
  • Ensure Z-reports are printed from the fiscal printers at end-of-day
  • Posting Back Office sales when need arises
    Perform Route Settlement at Back Office by posting the total cash/cheques submitted by VSMs to cashier at end-of-day.
  • Setting up DMS devices for use by VSMs when need arises
  • Daily, Weekly & monthly reporting

    Qualification

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting or any other relevant field
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic sales skills and reports analysis
