Dashen Brewery Share Company Building Maintenance Technician Jobs in Ethiopia

Job Summary

Under the supervision of facility service manager, responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks (electrical and Plumbing) and keeping repair of office tools and supplies.

In addition the job holder should respond to maintenance requests and handling any necessary repairs, such as fixing, drywall, plaster and painting.

Key Responsibilities

maintains and repairs electrical and plumbing systems and general devices found in plumbing system

Operating Generator and do the service on time

Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities

Move or relocate office furniture and make adjust to desks, chairs and files

Repair locking system on doors, file, cabinet and lockers

Change light bulbs, interior and exterior, as needed

Oversee building maintenance contract and service work

Ensure facilities and Head office building are in compliance with company safety guideline and regulations

On call maintenance for all facilities, 24/7

Job Requirements

Completion of Technical and vocational training in Electricity & Electronics, Building

Electrical Installation, Auto Engine, Auto Mechanics and related areas

A minimum of 2 years of working experience in facilities maintenance

Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing
