Our client is a leading Dairy Farmers Co-operative Society dealing with processed dairy products and fresh milk.
They seek to hire a Brand manager to develop and implement marketing campaigns that will not only drive customer engagement, but will further define our brand’s reputation and image in relation to the market.
Responsibilities:
Identify how the brand is currently positioned in the market
Steering the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to steer brand strategy
Conduct consumer and market research to guide in designing a research-based brand strategy
Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message
Daily management of the brand: tracking and analysis of brand performance; simulation of catalog; build an integrated consumer brand experiences
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in Emarketing
Communicate the brand personality internally and align company around foundational ideas
Taking ownership of launches; drive the development of consumer-centric products. Own the entire development process from concept to trade and ensure the respect of timelines
Supporting the development of brand communication material to drive brand strategies, animation plans, and launches
Management of brand financials (forecasts, sales performance, pricing strategy, marketing budget, profitability – P&L, etc.)
Lead
marketing team members through campaigns
Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns
Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date
Developing strategic direction and Brand plans to ensure the business growth
Qualifications
Market research, intelligence, Brand management, Business development, Business management, Product development
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing
5 years’ management experience in sales & marketing preferably in FMCG
Must have experience in selling and marketing FMCG
Strong interpersonal skills
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Aged between 35 and 45 years
