Job Summary

Under the direction of the Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and coordinating the implementation of an integrated marketing program, which includes branding identity, strategic message development, advertising, and public relations.

Typical responsibilities include: participating in planning and implementing marketing strategies; meeting with departments to provide consultation and to assess products and programs; and, writing and designing proposals, advertisements and internal communication pieces.

Distinguishing Characteristics

The Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager with District-wide marketing initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Confers with department managers, and staff teams to provide marketing consultation. Assesses products and programs and makes recommendations for profit potential via marketing programs. Develops related strategies and provides training on how to implement strategies.

Creates written plans for new marketing initiatives, including budget allocation, message development, creative direction, target audiences, timelines, and/or other related issues.

Develops and designs proposals, advertisements, internal communication pieces, web pages, and/or other related collateral materials and participates and oversees the production of such materials by providing direction to applicable individuals.

Positions in this classification may perform all or some of the responsibilities above and all positions perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

and ,any business fields or a related field. (junior) //0 years of experience in marketing management and any business fields

Knowledge and Skills

Supervisory principles;

Marketing principles and practices;

Media relations principles and practices;

Public information principles and practices;
Program management principles;

Budgeting principles and practices;

Graphic designs, print production, and web publishing principles and practices.

Good Communication skill.,

Demonstrated Skill in:

Supervising subordinate staff;

Defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions;

Preparing a wide variety of marketing materials;

Managing projects;

Facilitating meetings;

Handling multiple tasks simultaneously;

Developing marketing strategies;

Working with diverse academic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds of community

Utilizing computer technology used for communication, data gathering and reporting;

Communicating effectively through oral and written mediums
