ResponsibilitiesProactively developing business relationships and securing additional business opportunities from both new and existing clients to meet the given sales targets
Recruit, manage, support, coach, develop and evaluate a team of financial advisors
Strengthen and expand client relationships by providing customized service and ensuring client expectations are exceeded
Attend prospect and client meetings to make presentations and oversee follow up

Requirements
KCSE grade B- and above
Has an undergraduate degree with at least second class upper honors from a recognizable institution
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in financial advisory
Can effectively and efficiently manage a team of individuals with minimal supervision
He/she should be detail oriented with good multi-tasking skills
He/she should have excellent oral and written communication capabilities

Cytonn Investments Real Estate Financial Advisor Job Vacancies in Kenya

Responsibilities
The Real Estate Financial Advisor will be involved in sourcing for prospective clients
Taking the client through the products until the execution of the sale
He/she shall attend and represent Cytonn in events held such as expo’s and sales activation's
Carry out product demonstration to clients and brief them about the benefits, location, prices and payment methods
Carry out site visits to show case the products to the clients
Share a daily report on the achievements, products uptake, as well as any challenges encountered
Carry out any other duties as may be prescribed from time to time by your supervisor
Responsible for being a brand ambassador of Cytonn and acting professional at all times
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
KCSE grade C+ and above
A degree/diploma in any business related course
Two years (2) sales experience of real estate and financial products
Presentable and with good command of the English language
Strong communication skills and ability to identify prospective clients
Excellent client service skills
Ability to confidently explain and sell financial products and real-estate

Cytonn Investments Internal Audit Manager Job Vacancies in Kenya

Responsibilities
Perform independent, objective assurance and consulting engagements designed to add value and improve Cytonn’s operations;
Serves as the group’s Internal Audit Manager, performing professional internal audit work as a key component of the corporate governance structure;
Directing a comprehensive audit program including performance, financial, and compliance audit of all Investment and Real Estate projects;
Provide direction to the group’s management and staff on all audit matters;
Provide direction and lead when necessary
in the development of the annual audit plan;
Maintain organizational and professional ethical standards and works independently with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgment;
Review and advise on the entire company’s risks management in consultation with the Company’s Risk Manager;
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in B.Com or any other business related degree, with a minimum Second Upper degree class;
Membership to professional bodies (ICPAK/IIA) highly desirable;
Full professional qualification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA K) and/or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and/or ACCA;
Minimum of B+ in KCSE;
MBA or CISA will be added advantage;
At least 7 years audit experience;
Results oriented and ability to meet strict deadlines;
Good analytical and problem solving skills;
High level of independence and integrity;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Possess exemplary report writing skills.

Responsibilities
To formulate marketing, sales and distribution channels for the company as well as manage the distribution process
Head the sales & distribution team, alongside other Distribution Managers, with each Distribution Manager having several units to manage
Formulate marketing, sales and distribution strategies for the company
Formulate marketing, sales and distribution strategies for the company
Recruit, select, motivate, supervise, train, develop and manage sales teams on company products and policies
Coordinate and supervise sales efforts
Participate in the development of the marketing plans, budgets, pricing, for the Cytonn products
Plan and coordinate sales and marketing activities to build and generate new business
With management, generate performance benchmarks and measure sales team performance against these benchmarks
To build, maintain and strengthen good public relations with existing clients, investors, corporate companies, business community, professionals, high net worth clients and government agencies
Participate in the development of investment products that meet client needs
Liaise with different regulatory bodies on matters of policy and regulations and participate with the bodies in policy reviews and formulation
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years sales experience in the financial services industry
Understanding of product management principles
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
