Cyber School is looking to fill the position of Manager Human Resource & Office Administration, based in Kampala, Uganda. This position reports to the General Manager and the Project Manager.

Job Description

Manage the human resource functions of the company and the E-learning Initiative Project efficiently and effectively, including compensation, benefits, recruitment, employee relations, training. Implements personnel policy and procedures.

Develop, implement and uphold administration policies and procedures in order to achieve high standards of performance.

Ensure efficient provision of office services consisting of cost-effective mail delivery systems, office security, transport, communication facilities and equipment, stationery, cleaning and arranging travel and social events.

Create and maintain a high-performance environment characterized by positive leadership and a strong team orientation

Managing the Office Administration Department and its staff.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

Interested candidate should have at least a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management

Should have good communication, interpersonal, leadership, motivational and analytical skills.

Should have good public relations experience and negotiation skills.

At least 10 years’ experience in working with Human Resource Management.
