Job Description Responsible for the operational success of projects by ensuring seamless team management and development, project delivery, quality control and, monitoring and evaluation
Develop and implement strategies for the project in line with client objectives, and the company's standards, and ensure satisfactory completion of those objectives
Por-active leadership that encourages teams to produce to the best of their ability
Work closely with relevant stakeholders (including Government departments, not for profits/public sector, and private sector) to achieve a cohesive and coordinated approach to project delivery, as appropriate
Lead and/or participate in project coordination meetings to monitor project progress
• Prepare submit regular project reports and status updates to clients and relevant stakeholders
Ensure proper filing of all project documents in accordance with client and Media the company standards
Ensure documentation of project case studies, best practices and lessons learned
Responds to information needs and requests both internally and externally
Represent company at meetings, workshops and other fora, including making presentations
Additional tasks as assigned
Candidate Specification
Experience 6 years
Education Level Degree
Qualifications
Bachelors’ degree in project management or equivalent in communications, marketing, business management or social or natural sciences or equivalent in work experience
Software Microsoft Package
Equipment Computer
Knowledge Of
Design thinking, behavioral science, social marketing and behavior change
Skills To
Strong writing skills, especially writing and drafting/editing of technical reports
Ability To
Experience interacting with and collaborating with various stakeholders such as Government and community structures, NGOs and private sector
Other Requirements
Skill in organizing resources, establishing priorities and the ability to meet deadlines within budget and with minimal supervision,.
Additional qualification in project management (PRINCE2 certified to practitioner level)
