Job Description Communicates and/or coordinates the CEO's instructions with various individuals and/or departments
Furnishes and obtains information from other Senior Managers or outside representatives
Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answers routine questions and obtains and furnishes information to save the CEO's time.
Schedules appointments and arranges meetings (and take minutes), conferences, and travel. Books accommodation and transport for all individuals coming to the Company on business
Organizes and maintains the CEO's correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with limited direction.
Drafts correspondence for the CEO's final approval. Drafts speeches and responses to correspondence as they may be required
Prepares special reports, gathering, summarizing, and analyzing data in the process
Organizes and expedites flow of work through the GMs office and initiates any follow-up actions
Maintains a high level of confidentiality
