Job Description

  • Communicates and/or coordinates the CEO's instructions with various individuals and/or departments

  • Furnishes and obtains information from other Senior Managers or outside representatives

  • Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answers routine questions and obtains and furnishes information to save the CEO's time.

  • Schedules appointments and arranges meetings (and take minutes), conferences, and travel. Books accommodation and transport for all individuals coming to the Company on business

  • Organizes and maintains the CEO's correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with limited direction.

  • Drafts correspondence for the CEO's final approval. Drafts speeches and responses to correspondence as they may be required

  • Prepares special reports, gathering, summarizing, and analyzing data in the process

  • Organizes and expedites flow of work through the GMs office and initiates any follow-up actions

  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality

  • Bachelors Degree and Secretarial or Admin Certificate
