Responsibilities


  • Interact directly with Business leaders and end-users from all levels to understand their functional and technical needs and the underlying business drivers and issues.Anticipate future business / technology needs.
    Provide expert knowledge and proficiency for Sales Cloud and facilitate collaborative development aligned with technology standards. Ability to identify and incorporate Salesforce leading practices as relevant.Service Cloud, Lightning, Force.com also preferred.
    Lead Technical Design sessions, including the creation of class models, sequence diagrams, and detailed design specifications for ensuring architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design
    Understand implications of configuration and customization decisions and explain risks, technology costs, and benefits to clients and technology leaders.
    Explore options to leverage synergies, improve effectiveness, increase user productivity and drive adoption across the disparate Salesforce instances.
    Work with channel leadership to budget and prioritize planned and unplanned development and maintenance projects.


    Requirements


  • 5 years
  • Graduate University Degree Sales-force Certified - Sales-force Developer Certifications.Additional certifications a plus.
  • Key Sales-force architectural concepts (e.g. API and governor limits) and how they influence design
  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills to earn support of business leaders,
  • Design experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Sales-force integration experience preferred.
