Job Description Business Strategy Execution Plan and Sales forecasting
Implementation of Sales strategies to achieve revenue generation, increase of market share and overall business growth
Responsible for P & L accountability for the business
Design and implementation of the strategic business plans that expands companys customer base (particularly in the informal sector) and ensure strong market presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Focus on developing the companys distribution network with renewed emphasis on distribution expansion in key markets for companys products
Giving strategic guidance to establish sales targets and help Sales reps in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets
Analyze and report competitors strategies upward on pricing, placing, promotions, schemes, product features
Maintaining effective control of expenses in line with budget objective
Manage the sales team by communicating clear job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance as well as training and motivating sales team
Develop organizational capabilities to service the market. Mentoring and monitoring the performance of the team
