Our client seeks to recruit a highly talented person in the position of Customer Service Coordinator.
The role shall be based in Kisumu City.
The role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Location:
Kisumu City
Key Responsibilities of the Job:
Supervising Customer Service Staff to ensure prompt and quality service
Ensure adherence to EHS/ ISO and good housekeeping standards
Handle customer queries and complaints
Processing Sales Order in the SAP system
Job Competencies
A minimum of a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or any business-related course.
3 years relevant work experience in the same or related role
Strong oral and written communication skills
Leadership skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills.
Analytical skills
Problem solving skills.
