This is a remote position.

As a General Assistant at Aduu Solar Engineering, your responsibilities will include:

Lead Interaction and Management:

Act as the first point of contact for leads, providing them with excellent customer service.

Answer incoming calls from potential customers, providing information about our services and taking detailed notes on each call.

Schedule demos for leads, ensuring a seamless and positive experience that encourages further engagement.

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our services and answering any questions they may have.

Craft and send professional, persuasive emails to leads, tailored to their unique needs and interests.

Work Requests:

Submit work requests when necessary, ensuring that all necessary details are included and deadlines are clearly communicated.

Follow up on work requests to confirm completion, and manage any necessary revisions or additional requests.

Client Communication:

Oversee communications with existing clients, ensuring they receive timely updates and responses to their inquiries.

Help maintain strong relationships with our clients by providing top-tier customer service and promptly addressing any issues that arise.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other members of the Aduu Solar Engineering team, sharing lead information and updates as needed.

Participate in team meetings and training, contributing your ideas and feedback to help improve our processes and strategies.

Job Requirements

While these are our general requirements, the main priority is on English fluency as there will be paid training during which you will become familiar with our process.

Language Proficiency:

Fluent

in English with excellent communication skills. You'll be dealing with a range of clients, and it's crucial that you can explain complex topics in a way that's easy to understand. This includes the ability to write, read, and speak English proficiently.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency with basic computer software such as word processors, spreadsheets, email clients, and web browsers is a must. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or similar databases is also beneficial.

Ability to navigate online platforms for tasks such as scheduling demos, submitting work requests, and managing client communications. Basic troubleshooting skills are also helpful to ensure smooth operations.

Customer Service Skills:

Previous experience in a customer service role would be beneficial. This role requires a high level of customer interaction, and the ability to handle this efficiently and professionally is crucial.

Comfort with both incoming and outgoing calls. You should be able to maintain a positive demeanor, even when dealing with difficult conversations or demanding clients.

Learning Ability:

Willingness to undergo paid training and quickly learn new concepts. The solar industry is constantly evolving, and you'll need to stay up-to-date with new technologies, techniques, and best practices.

Adaptability and a growth mindset. You'll need to be able to adjust your approach as the needs of our clients and our company evolve.
