Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) Mean grade C (Plain);

  • A Diploma in Records/ Information Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and

  • Certificate in Computer Applications.

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receiving and sorting mails;

  • Opening of personal and subject files;

  • Filing of documents in respective files;

  • Recording and distribution of mails; and

  • Dispatching of mails.
