Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring security of files and documents;
Ensuring proper handling of documents, pending correspondences and bring-ups;
Receiving and dispatching mail and maintaining related registers;
Preparing disposal schedules; and
Disposing dead files in accordance with relevant government regulations
