Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

Experience of at least two (2) years as an Auditor;

A Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Commerce (Accounting or Finance option), Business Administration (Accounting or
Finance option) or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution;

Certificate in computer applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

Vouching sample transactions in audit investigation and verification;

Preparing engagement and work plans;

Recording proceedings of entry and exit meetings;

Collecting and analyzing data and statistics; and

Preparing audit working papers.
