Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

A Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Chemistry, Statistics, Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or in any other related field from a recognized University.

A Certificate in computer applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

Industrial data analysis

Preparation of industrial programmes and monitoring their implementation.

Collecting and analyzing data relating to industrial production, employment, efficiency, investment, expansion programmes, environmental pollution protection programmes.

Preparing periodic reports and annual reports on industrial development.

Preparing development plans.

Promotion of both domestic and foreign industrial investment.
