Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

Bachelor Degree in in Human Resource Management /Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations or any other relevant
qualification from a recognized institution;

Be a registered member with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM);

Certificate in Computer Applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

Implement decisions within the existing rules, regulations and procedures;

Processing cases for the County Human Resource Management Advisory Committee and assisting in the implementation of the decisions; and

Verification of information relating to recruitment, appointment, transfers, Human Resource Management Records and complement
control.
