Requirements of Appointment

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Arts, Science, Anthropology, History, Political Science, Sociology or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution;

Certificate in computer applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

Collecting information on the gender issues prevalent in the county;

Guiding gender groups in the county;

Creating awareness against gender based violence;

Counselling gender based violence victims against abuse; and

Liaising with shelter halfway houses for the gender based violence victims.
