County Government of Tana River Radiographer Kenya Jobs

The County Public Service Board of Tana River in collaboration with the department of Health and Sanitation pursuant to section 66 of the County Government Act of 2012 wishes to recruit competent and qualified persons to fill the following vacant positions in the County Public Service:

Terms of service:

All positions shall be on Permanent and pensionable terms of service.

Remuneration:

As prescribed by Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC)

Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must:-

Have a Diploma in any of the following: Diagnostic Radiography/Medical Imaging Sciences, Ultrasound, Computerized Tomography, Magnetic
Resonance Imaging, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Therapy and Digital Medical imaging equipment or its equivalent from a recognized
Institution;

Be a registered and active member of relevant regulatory body; and

Be in possession of a certificate in Computer

Application Skills from a recognized institution.

Duties and Responsibilities

An officer at this level will work under the supervision and guidance of an
experienced officer.

Specific duties will include:

Providing radiographic services to the patients;

processing, verifying and maintaining information relating to patients;

Ordering and maintaining records of radiographic and photographic supplies.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as shall be assigned from time to time.
