Assistant Fisheries Officer Iii, Job Group “h” - (4) Posts

Reporting to the Fisheries Officer, the candidate will be responsible of the following
duties and responsibilities:

  • Assisting in delivering extension services including conducting field days and training fishers;
  • Collecting and compiling fisheries statistical data; participating in fish quality assurance activities and marketing; and value addition

    Requirements for Appointment

    The candidate must have the following:

  • Be a Kenyan Citizen.
  • A Diploma certificate in either Fisheries management, Natural resource management or equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution in Kenya.
  • A Certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution.
  • Any relevant experience in fisheries will be an added advantage.
