County Government of Machakos Buildings Superintendent I Jobs in Kenya

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervision and management of the construction of members debating chamber

General civil works including plumbing.

Execution of BQ's and Architectural drawings.

General maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Preparation of the monthly physical progress reports of the project.

Ensure the constructions work schedules are maintained.

Such other relevant duties as may be assigned by the County Assembly Service Board

Requirements for Appointment:

For appointment to this grade, the applicant must have a minimum of the following

National Ordinary Diploma in Building Construction or Civil Engineering from the Kenya National Examinations Council, or other
approved equivalent qualification with One (1) year wide experience in all areas of building construction and maintenance.

Proficiency in computer application skills.
