County Government of Bungoma Fisheries Assistant II Jobs in Kenya

Duties and Responsibilities

a) Provision of fisheries extension services;

b) Collecting fisheries statistical data;

c) Maintaining fish farms and hatcheries; and

d) Assisting in ensuring hygienic fish handling at fish landing sites, markets and farms.

Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, one must:-

a) Be a Kenyan Citizen;

b) Have a Certificate in either Fisheries management aquaculture. Natural resources
Management or an equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution
or any other equivalent field from a recognized institution

c) Have a Certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution

d) Have a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade of C- (minus) or
its equivalent.
