County Government of Bomet Senior Legal Officer Jobs in Kenya

The County Government of Bomet through the Public Service Board wishes to recruit competent and qualified persons to fill the following vacant positions: -

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Principal Legal Officer, he/she will be responsible for:

Undertaking research on assigned legal issues,

Analyzing research data and compiling reports,

Preparing preliminary legal documents/instruments/legal opinions

Undertaking law review and ensuring compliance with national and international instruments and the principles and values of
good governance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law,

Be admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.

Be on possession of a current practicing certificate.

Served in the grade of Legal Officer I or in a comparable and relevant position in the public service for a minimum of two (2)
years

Terms of Service:

Permanent and Pensionable
