County Government of Bomet Senior Compliance Officer Jobs in Kenya


The County Government of Bomet through the Public Service Board wishes to recruit competent and qualified persons to fill the following vacant positions: -

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Officer in Charge, he/she will be responsible for:-

  • Providing a comprehensive programme to the directorate on measures put in place to ensure compliance to the Act.
  • Advising the Directorate on the status of compliance on a day to day basis
  • Preparation of periodical reports for submission to the Directorate.
  • Managing of Sub-county compliance officers
  • Spearheading the fight against illicit brews, alcohol and substance abuse
  • Any other duty assigned

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and proven advanced education in Security and /or Enforcement Management or related field from a
    recognized institution
  • Served for a period of least five (5) years relevant experience, 2 of which should have been in management position
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrate self-confidence with capacity of interacting with all staff cadres and maintaining confidentiality
  • Has the ability to work within a multi-cultural setting and
    management skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to liaise and work closely with national government staff and other key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated professional, technical and administrative competence.
