Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordination of training of staff working under him/her;

  • Carrying out training needs assessments;

  • Developing standard operating procedures;

  • Enforcing the use of standard operating procedures;

  • Continuous monitoring of the use of standard operating procedures;

  • Ensuring smooth inter-sectional relations; and ensuring training projections are
    done annually.

    Requirements for Appointment

    Direct appointment to this grade will be made from candidates who are in possession
    of:

  • Bachelor’s degree in either Hospitality and Tourism Management or Hotel and
    Catering Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized
    institution;

  • Certificate in computer applications.

    Terms of Service:

  • Permanent and Pensionable

    Remuneration:

  • As per SRC Circular
