Qualifications
Must be in possession of a higher diploma in secretarial studies or higher diploma in business and office management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Coordinate all public relations related activities including publishing of brochures, hand book, flyers, CDs e.t.c
Updating of the County Assembly website as required.
Coordinating and receiving visitors to the County Assembly.
Preparing press releases reacting to media stories and proactive media reporting through the available channels.
Coordinating County Assembly Broadcasting and Media relations.
Participate in public participation of County Assembly.
Qualifications
Must have a bachelor's degree in public communication/ mass communication/information science; and be competent in use of IT as a working tool.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree are preferred 2+ years of experience in a related role Customer-oriented attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems Capability to negotiate with and influence others
Analytical and mathematical mind to analyze data and create necessary reports Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
