Responsibilities

• Assisting in coordinating Human Resource services/functions.

• Assisting in preparing departmental work plans.

• Be the IPPD Payroll Supervisor,

• Be in-charge of training needs assessment, training calendar implementation, training logistics and liaison,

• Ensure personnel files update - soft and hard,

• Ensure skills inventory,

• Coordinate staff work planning,

• Ensure grievance handling, documentation and management of suggestion boxes,

• Undertake leave computation and documentation,

• Ensure compliance documentation,

• Be the secretary to the training committee,

• Documentation of learning and development,

• Coordinate benchmarking, and team building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management Certificate by Kenya National Examination Council OR
Diploma in HR from Kenya Institute of Management.

• Evidence of registration for CHRP Examinations. (Completion will be an added advantage)

• Knowledge and experience with the IPPD, GHRIS Data Warehouse will be an added advantage.

• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

• Be a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management.
