Corporate Staffing Services Procurement Manager Jobs in Kenya

Responsibilities

Oversee the efficient running of the procurement department.

Ensuring that all procurements are undertaken in compliant to Public Procurement and Disposal Act rules and regulations.

Coordinating various procurement committees inclusive but not limited to Tenders Processing Committee, Tender Opening Committee and thereafter preparing a report on the outcomes of such meetings.

Conducting marketing Surveys and advising on marketing indices for purposes of expenditure planning and adherence.

Streamlining of corporations Operation efficiency and competitiveness through timely and competitive acquisition of quality goods and services.

Creation of strategic procurement and disposal plans that are aligned to the approved budget.

Create advertisement of tenders, and actively participate in the evaluation processes in accordance with public procurement regulations and approved specification and requirements.

Qualifications

Masters degree in procurement or general degree in addition to diploma in purchasing and supplies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement or general degree or equivalent from a recognized university.

Must have CIPS level 6.

Diploma purchasing and supply management.

Experience of 12 years 5 of which should be at senior management level preferably in a Fast

Moving Consumer Goods Environment

Excellent understanding of PPOA act

Must be proficient in the use of MS Office suites of packages
