Corporate Staffing Services Paintball Attendant Jobs in Nairobi, Kenya

Our client is an outdoor extreme sports company.

They seek to hire a competent Paintball Attendant who will to ensure that the rules of paintball are being followed by all players at all times

Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues and answer questions.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Work in a fast-paced environment.

Explain the rules of paintball to customers’.

May be required to remove customers who do not follow the rules.

Attendants should be energetic and have the physical ability to be on their feet for long periods, as they will be standing, walking and even running during paintball games.

Enforces the safety rules on the field while a game is in progress.

Explains how to play the game, strategy and tactics.

Checks players for paint splats when they are hit.

Restarts the game after paint check has been performed.

Takes disciplinary action against players that violate safety rules.

Check all players for barrel covers while exiting the playing field.

Make sure everyone is wearing a mask until safety exiting the field.

Chronograph each self-equipped player’s gun before every

match.

Discipline any player that shoots their gun outside of the field.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree/Diploma in any related field

Energetic. Physical ability to be on your feet 8 hours at a time

Ability to make change, basic maths skills

Ability to effectively explain rules and regulations to customers

Strong conflict management skills

Excellent customer service & communication skills

Friendly and positive attitude

Paintball experience desired

First Aid certification a plus

Effective communication and customer service skills
