Corporate Staffing Electrical Field Sales Executive Jobs in Kenya

Our client is an established company dealing in outdoor and indoor lighting solutions, electrical components and industrial power installations.

They seek to hire an agile and target- driven Field Sales Executive to market company products while offering top notch client service.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business leads

Strategically identify sales opportunities in the field

Handle product pitching to potential clients

Close sales so as to meet and exceed revenue targets

Responding to customer inquiries, complaints and objections

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Build a sales strategy to ensure both long- and short-term goals and objectives are met.

Determine customers’ business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.

Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the customers in the field

Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Develop and cultivate customer relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives

Document issues and resolutions as realized for trend analysis and lessons learned capture

Escalate issues requiring manufacturer/vendor assistance to the appropriate vendor and/or supplier

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Tracking sales and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis

Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
