Our client is in the service industry and in order to serve their clients better, they are looking to hire a well experienced, passionate and results oriented Sales Account Manager.

He/She will be tasked with generating revenue from new and existing clients though interacting with key decision makers.

The ideal candidate MUST have B2B sales experience and should be comfortable engaging with top level management and key decision makers.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop relationships with existing and new clients in a bid to grow revenue.

Regularly engage existing customers to evaluate their satisfaction from the service offered.

Drive efforts to meet monthly sales targets from both existing and new clients.

Identify client issues and work with management to ensure the issues are resolved quickly.

Responsible for growing and managing several accounts and be the face of the company to the clients.

Ensure all client deadlines and timelines are strictly adhered to

Build new business relationships using existing industry contacts.

Give sales presentations on the company’s services to senior level management and decision makers and secure business

Manage client relationships and provide excellent

service and support.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years’ experience in B2B sales

Ability to engage one on one with key decision makers

Familiar with B2B sales process

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Self Confidence

Good negotiation and client service skills

Proven track record in achieving set sales targets
