About the Role:

We are seeking a talented female Energy Engineer specializing in solar energy for a pioneering role in Sierra Leones mining sector. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement solar energy solutions tailored to the mining sector.

Lead energy management initiatives to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

Conduct site-specific solar feasibility studies and energy audits.

Collaborate with mining teams to integrate solar systems with existing operations.

Stay updated with advancements in solar technology and mining sector energy needs.

Ensure compliance with local and international environmental and safety standards.

Experience Required:

3+ years in solar energy.

Experience in energy management within the mining sector.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field.

Expertise in solar energy systems and their application in mining.

Strong background in energy management and sustainability practices in mining.
