Qualifications/Skills

Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in Management, Public Administration, Business Management and Business Administration field plus three years and above of Banking Experience. (Only have banking experience are needed)

Additionally, the following competencies are required

• Recruitment and selection knowledge

• Knowledge on Labor Law and Law of Land

• Organizational skill

• Strong communication skill (both writing and speaking)

• Innovation and creativity
