Job Duties and Responsibilities

Duplicate and prepare documents in accordance with the order in a timely manner

Keep confidentiality of organizational documents

Maintain records of documents in soft and hard copy

Maintain photocopy and other equipment in use

Deliver documents to internal and external personal as needed

Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

TVET/ (10+3) Certificate

Professional Experience, Skill & Competence

Zero year work experience With

Basic computer skills

Good communication and basic office skills

Know how to photocopy/scan/binding documents is a plus
