Construction Materials Sales and Marketing Executives Jobs in Awasi, Kenya

Stonefield Company Limited (A quarry located in Awasi) whose core business is production and supply of construction materials including ballast, quarry dust,cabros, building blocks and precast items is seeking to recruit dynamic, aggressive and self-motivated Sales and Marketing Executives to develop and implement competitive marketing strategies for its products.

Duties

Develop client base and maintain the profiled clients.

Create and modify customer segment for targeted selling.

Carry out market research and surveys from time to time.

Build a good rapport with clients.
Maintain contact with clients to forecast on products need.

Follow up with clients on orders and any outstanding debts.

Send out appreciation messages to clients in liaison with admin. dept.

Marshal customer feedback and act accordingly.

Forecast/project for weekly sales/customer requirements.

Develop weekly marketing itinerary and plan prior to visiting clients/regions

Ensure regional balancing of marketing activities.

Crafting and implementing sales strategies.

Collect customer and market information from time to time.

Study, analyze and relay feedback on buying trends.

Identify new markets and business opportunities.

Communicate marketing strategy and brand messages to the customers.

Create and manage campaigns and promotions aimed at achieving targets.

Be the lead person in crafting and implementing marketing strategies

Required Qualifications and

Attributes:

Diploma in Sales and Marketing.

At least 2 years’ experience as a direct Sales Executive (NON FMCG).

Strong customer focus, business development and entrepreneurial skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Products and Market Knowledge is a plus.

Problem solving and Negotiation skills

Organizational, planning and Report writing Skills.

Have a high level of integrity.

Proficiency in Computer Applications.

Having a valid driving license is a plus.
