Construction Firm - Site Agent - Jobs in Kenya

We are construction firm based in Nairobi and we are looking to recruit a male qualified and motivated, 30 years and above to fill the position of Site Agent.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering
    Must have started and completed one or two projects in the past experience.
  • Must be organized, dependable result oriented and a good time manager.
  • Mature and self-driven with planning and organizing abilities
  • Must be fluent in English and Kiswahili
  • Must be available immediately.

    Duties
  • Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project.
  • Comply, working closely and Liaising with the project manager and the rest of project team.
  • Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
  • Coordinating and supervising construction workers within the site.
  • Maintaining quality control procedures
  • Supervise and co-ordinate staff, Sub-
  • Contractors, material suppliers to ensure an efficient method of construction to the required quality and work schedule.
