Construct Executive Search Sales Manager - HVAC Systems & Air Conditioners Jobs in Zambia

Job Details:

A leading multi-service electrical & mechanical contractor is seeking to employ a Sales Manager with extensive experience in selling exclusive Air Conditioners & System Air Conditioning Products, Cold room Freezer rooms and other refrigeration related Products, to be based in Lusaka.

The successful candidate should have a driving License & must be computer literate.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must have a Marketing Degree or Diploma in a related field of study

• Must have at least a minimum of 5 Years solid sales & marketing experience within mechanical engineering selling HVAC products & Air Conditioners

• Must have experience in Marketing & Promoting Products such as, HVAC Systems, Air Conditioners & System Air Conditioning Products, Cold room Freezer rooms and other refrigeration related Products as well as all other Products in the Company’s Portfolio,

• Must have experience in acquiring of New Customers to the Contracts Department as well as new customers to Over-the-Counter Sales to increase Company’s Client base and maintain good relationships with existing Clients as well as Potential future Customers,

• Must have been involved in Preparation, Submission and Perusal of Tenders and Quotations,

• Must be willing to assist in stock control management.

• Must ensure that all sales Targets are met & assist the senior Management with the Handling of Stores, Sales & Operations as well as administrative Duties as and when requested

• Must be able to develop strategies to increase company overall sales, turnover and profitability

• Must be in a position to reach an agreed Monthly sales target in ZMW (excluding VAT) turnover.
